During my stay in this hotel, I admired the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities, which were well-maintained. The staff was very welcoming and helpful in assisting me with transportation and parking within the hotel premises. This city’s iconic breakfast was available at the hotel and I relished every bite of it.
For us, it was just a bit difficult to find this hotel when we arrived. However, once we reached the hotel everything was excellent.

The hotel's location was convenient and accessible to most of the places I needed to visit for my business trip. the amenities offered were quite satisfactory, and the room was equipped with everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
The customer service was lacking during my stay. I had trouble getting in touch with the staff via text and phone.

the hotel was situated in a convenient area, making it easy to explore the city. our room had a nice view of the city which we enjoyed.
Finding the hotel was a real struggle as it wasn't easy to locate. We ended up wandering the streets late at night, trying to find the hotel which was very stressful.

Finding the hotel was a challenge, as locals were not aware of its existence. the lack of response from the hotel staff was inconvenient and added to the stress of arriving late at night. There were no redeeming qualities in the location or communication with the hotel.
The hotel lacked basic amenities and was unclean, leaving a lot to be desired.
